Project Patchwork board members have been busy over the last year and a half building the foundation for this non profit.
We are so excited to say that we have begun serving the community! We have one person housed and next week will move to families into our housing. Through a grant from Measure 110 were able to secure two places with room for 10 families. We are building relationships with community partners for referrals. We are looking to rent one more home, to bring our total of families served to 13-14. If you would like to become a referring partner or volunteer please email us at [email protected].
